I love reading. I can read for hours and days at a time; unfortunately as an adult, who works, goes to school and is a single mom, my time for reading is far and few between. This app is an answer to that need...reading small chunks for a few minutes at a time. Love it!!

Just the neatest thing!!

Ive had giant classics on my TBR for years and never thought Id ever have time to get to them. But with Serial Reader I can chip away at those massive tomes in just minutes a day. I feel more productive already!

Totally worth it. Neat layouts, tons of titles, great idea, well executed... Its awesome! You can even request titles to be added and theyll show up within a few days! 10/10 recommend.

I love being able to read lots of great literature, novels, classics and new works for free. It doesnt bother me to read in series fashion delivered daily and that just adds an element of intrigue for me and my obsession with mystery/thriller books! Nothing wrong with this app in my opinion except Id love more pages at one sitting and more choices. Overall, Id definitely suggest to others who enjoy reading a lot but dont like having to purchase hundreds of dollars of books a month. Nice interface and easy to use app- great work developers!

As an adult, I always told myself Id read the classics and even though many are available for free from various sources, I still havent gotten around to them. But not anymore! This app is a great idea and great way for me to start doing what Ive always told myself I was going to do, but in manageable little pieces. Its like reading exercises for adults. Great idea and easy to use app!

I got premium and its great!! I love this app, makes it easy to get lit with literature. Love that its being constantly updating with variety of texts for different readers, as well as the silly stuff like badges and congratulations after every issue finished. :-)

I quickly paid for the full version in order to support this clean, fun, useful app. Highly recommended if youre interested in reading classic literature.

Still loving this ap! It makes reading the classics so accessible and so easy. The font/screen options are infinitely better than the Penguin Classics I read in school. I love getting a bite size portion to read each day and knowing how many days I have left until I finish.

Great way to make your way through the classics...huge selection and easy-to-read format. Its worth doing the one time in app purchase if you find yourself using it a lot - I use the read ahead and highlighting features.

Serial is so great for helping me find little times to read a chunk a day of a classic! Ive been working my way through them now without even trying. Easy to navigate, lots of choices, and really fun, enthusiastic encouragements at the end of each chapter.

A fantastic app that provides free books on a daily basis with no IAPs unless you choose to add some well-worth-it premium features to your account for a mere $2.99. The app is updated regularly, the UI is simple and clean, and the reading list is dense, well-picked, and continuously updated. I would love to see Goodreads integration in the next few updates, but this is just a wish and Serial Reader earns its 5 stars regardless.

A great way to keep you motivated and read more

I should have known it was too good to be true. The books do not contain all the chapters. You can compare Les Fleurs du Mal, King James Bible, and maybe another of your choosing, but they do not contain the whole story. Just a warning. You will probably get most of the story, but not the full story.

I cant tell you when i liked an app more, especially one that encourages reading excellent books in short, manageable chunks. I recommend downloading this, and then pick a book just for fun, or a book that sounds interesting but you have no clue how it ends. I did, and enjoyed it. Happy reading :D PS-- AWESOME FOR STUDENTS!! Read that book for english and do it in minutes a day! ;-)

I truly love this app. In addition to my overdrive app, kindle, and the books that I own this helps break down books that I am a little hesitant to read because there are other books I would rather be reading or I dont want to spend money to by them. And it allows me to discover books Ive never heard of. However, I would love to see an option to mark the books I have read and search only the titles I havent read yet. Other than that this is an amazing app and who ever manages this thank you!

This is perfect for finally reading those great classics of literature. I love the bit of reading you do each day. Just enough to provide me reading for the day but not so much that I tire of it.
